Visit of a local dairy and cheese-tasting
When you cross the threshold of the Raja dairy, you are greeted by the enthusiastic smile of Oriana, whose frank and affable manner embodies the authentic spirit of rural Sicily. With a frank but affable manner, Oriana proudly tells you the story of herself and her brothers, Paolo and Elisa. They have chosen to remain faithful to their land, not abandon their roots, but to carry on the family tradition, caring for their grandfather’s company with love. In this corner of paradise, immersed in the fertile Sicilian countryside, sheep and cattle graze and produce an extraordinary variety of zero-mile dairy products. During your visit, you will taste these products directly in their land of origin, the authentic flavor of milk blending with the scents of fresh grass and the singing of birds: fresh mozzarella, Provola, spicy cheeses, creamy yogurts, the renowned Piacentinu DOP Ennese with saffron.
Guided tour of the Roman Villa del Casale, a UNESCO heritage site and considered one of the most important examples of Roman mosaic in the world. “Arancini Experience” at Rosario Umbriaco’s bottega.
Rosario was born in Enna into a family of restaurateurs in 1974. The same year, his father founded “Tavola Calda Europa,” where Rosario continues the family tradition with the preparation of naturally leavened pizzas, along with the iconic Umbriaco brand arancini and other typical Sicilian bakery items. You will be welcomed with a glass of organic Sicilian sparkling wine, and shortly afterwards, you will move to the kitchen, where you will start preparing the traditional Enna arancino: the arancino with slow-cooked adult beef, with a mix of breadcrumbs made from ancient Sicilian grains. To end on a sweet note, you will taste Rosario Umbriaco’s 100% Sicilian handmade cannoli.
Guided tour of Enna
Known as the navel of Sicily, it holds the title of the highest capital in Italy. This city, a true belvedere, offers breathtaking views of the entire Sicilian landscape, embracing an entire island with its gaze. This city, a true viewpoint, is a melting pot of history, culture, architecture and craftsmanship. Its streets and squares tell stories ranging from Greek and Roman times to medieval and baroque splendors. Exploring the majestic Castello di Lombardia, one of the largest medieval castles in Italy, which dominates the landscape from above with its 26,000 m². Visit the Rock of Ceres, home to the ancient sanctuary dedicated to Demeter and then to Ceres, where you can feel the sacred energy of the place.
Continue with the Museum of Myth, the first entirely multimedia museum in Italy, which transforms ancient myths into interactive and contemporary experiences, making them accessible to all.
Admire the Cathedral of Enna, dedicated to Mary Most Holy of the Visitation, a national monument and UNESCO place of peace, which will welcome you with its impressive architecture and its serene atmosphere.

La Bottega del Restauro was founded in 1990 by Angelo Scalzo in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Enna. The studio is the result of professional experience developed through practices in various workshops, which have contributed to enriching and improving the owner’s learning skills. Angelo will tell you how restoration is done using ancient techniques dating back to the time of the Egyptians and will guide you in experimenting with them.

The Valley of the Temples stands as a silent guardian of a once-powerful Greek civilization that used to inhabit the region. Amid the sun-drenched plains and olive groves, prickly pears, and almond trees add a touch of Sicilian charm to this breathtaking landscape.

An opportunity to experience building a unique piece of jewelry with your own hands. Artisan Giuliana Di Franco will guide you with her intuition and professionalism in designing your jewelry. While you and a loved one engage in discovery and fun experiences in Sicily, Giuliana will work with her team to create your jewelry. Every day, you can observe how raw materials transform into beautiful pieces. Likewise, through the experiences you’ll have on your vacation, you can transform yourself and your life to make it more fulfilling.

Visit to a farm and experiential tasting of jams and cheeses
Among the serene hills where the seasons alternate in a harmonious rhythm, late peaches are born, and jewels of nature ripen under the gentle late summer sun from September to the end of October. Awarded the prestigious PGI recognition, they contain an unusually firm pulp, with shades of yellow and white. Less sweet than their summer cousins, these peaches offer a particular density and aroma and a measured sweetness. There is a ritual, almost sacred, in their care. Four months before harvesting, each fruit is delicately bagged, a gesture of love that protects its integrity and avoids the use of chemical treatments. This ancestral technique, which creates a sort of ideal microclimate, enhances the aromas and preserves the naturalness of the fruit, allowing it to absorb and intensify the best of the land that nourishes it. Taste it together with the jams and other excellent products of Angelo and Melania Manna.

Venture into the fiery realm of Mount Etna, Europe’s most active volcano, and witness the raw power and captivating beauty of nature’s forces. Ascend with your guide, feel the sulfurous scent, and hear the crunch of black volcanic debris under your boots. The landscape transforms into a terrain reminiscent of Mars, a desolate canvas of alien flora sculpted by the raw power of the Earth. Reach the summit and marvel at the breathtaking panorama of snow-covered peaks, rolling hills, and the expansive blue stretch of the Mediterranean Sea, while witnessing the majesty of the two opposing natural forces: fire and water.

Departures are confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of participants which is usually 6 people. For trips already confirmed, the word BUY will appear next to the city of departure and in this case, it will be possible to purchase the bus ticket immediately. If the bus has not yet been confirmed, the word BOOK will appear next to the city of departure and in this case, it will be possible to reserve seats on the bus. Once the minimum number of participants has been reached, we will contact you to make the payment.
DATA NECESSARY FOR BOOKING
If you are not yet registered, at the time of booking you must have your tax code and personal details, a mobile number and of course your email address. This way, once registered, you can continue with your booking. If you make a booking for more than one person, the ‘group leader’ who makes the booking must have all their personal details, for the other members of their group we only require the name, mobile number and email address (optional ).
