A weekend exploring Vicenza and Palladio and the Brenta Riviera can be organized whenever you want. After all, these are places that, more or less, everyone knows. Or maybe not?
Feel free to search for information on the web or consult a guidebook. In the end, you will discover that it’s not exactly as it seems. It’s very easy to get stuck in clichés, even as a tourist.
Art cities, Palladian villas, the Brenta River, and their features seem familiar and magnificent. Yet, often, if you don’t truly know the place you are in, you may not be aware of which monuments are accessible, what not to miss, and you might experience an unpleasant feeling of disorientation.
When you explore a territory alone, unfamiliarity can leave you uncertain about what to look for and where to find the most interesting things to visit. You might only notice, if at all (no more than 10%), the immense richness around you.
For those of us who love to delve into the nuances of the unknown, not being able to live an authentic and profound experience is a real disappointment.
The worst thing when facing a hike is not knowing exactly what to expect. Will it be suitable for my abilities? Too easy? Too difficult? If the trail is not circular, how can I get back to the starting point?
If, in addition to walking, you want to visit local production companies and engage with artisans and farmers from the area, it becomes even more complicated.
Yes, because, in practice, it’s always quite challenging to find precise and reliable information so that you can be sure to meet people who have the time to welcome you and show you their activities.
And, in the end, the spontaneous question arises: will I be able to have a truly beautiful, enjoyable, and authentic experience?
Imagine being with a few people who share the same interests and having an experienced guide at your disposal who listens to you and knows exactly the right places and situations to make you experience something truly special.
Imagine being able to ask all the questions you want and having time to focus on the aspects you want to delve into. Time to discover hidden, exclusive corners that you would never have seen otherwise.
Imagine having the opportunity to immerse yourself in the magic of nature in the Brenta Riviera and the most intimate places in Vicenza, Padua and enjoy moments of silence to fully appreciate what you are experiencing.
Imagine participating in visits, experiential workshops, and tastings that offer you the opportunity to touch with your own hands what would otherwise have been just a story, and thus, experience everything that is happening intensely.
Imagine getting to know and engaging in friendly conversations with local people, challenging your senses in a curious and surprising game, and uncovering, through direct experience, sensitivities and skills that you didn’t think you had.
Explore their secrets, immerse yourself in the emotions that arise from their passion, gain insights into the traditions and wisdom passed down from generation to generation, and, ultimately, touch the tangible results of your collective efforts while savoring the intense taste of truly genuine foods.
Embark on a three-day adventure to discover the wonders of Vicenza, Padua, and the Brenta Riviera. Unveil the present, allowing yourself to be cradled by the tranquil waters of ancient canals, while uncovering enchanted gardens and timeless Palladian residences.
Listen to the gratuitous chit-chat of aristocrats, the sage advice of artisans, and the laughter that still generously flows from those who inhabit these places.
Immerse yourself in a world where the nostalgic and romantic echoes of the past blend with the enthusiastic blossoming of the present.
For this journey, you are free to choose the departure date.
